Potato Cream Soup

Potato Cream Soup

This recipe is a really easy one. I came up with it by myself and I just love it because it's so simple and yet delicious. I think it's more of a wintersoup but I just had to think about this yummy soup yesterday and so I thought I'd post the recipe for you guys!

Ingredients:   Potatoes
                    Sour Cream
                    Leek
                    Beef Brew Powder

First of all you peel the potaoes, cut them into medium pieces. Then cut the leek and with a little olive oil sautee the leek and add the potatoes. Fill the pot with water. Then add some beef brew powder to the water and cook the potatoes in it. When they are done use a handmixer to blend it. Turn the heat down and add the sour cream. I usually use a lot of sour cream because I just love the taste of it. But if you dont like it that much just use more potatoes instead. Then continue adding brew powder until you have the flavour you like. Then use the handmixer again until the soup gets "foamy". Grind a little black pepper over each bowl of soup and serve.
I sometimes like to cut a couple slices of nice dark bread into small pieces and throw them in the pan with butter for a couple minutes until they are crunchy and scatter them over the soup.
I hope you guys like the recipe!
Bon appetit (=
